Your denture treatment at Derrick Denture + Implant Centre begins when you are greeted with a smile by our friendly and welcoming staff. If you are a new patient we need to collect some medical and dental information which will assist us in your personalized denture treatment. We are a paperless clinic (about as green as we can get), so you will fill out these forms on laminated sheets using a dry erase marker. Please take a seat in our comfortable and relaxing reception area while you do this. If you need help, our patient coordinator is happy to assist.

When ready, our patient coordinator will guide you to your denture treatment room where you will be met by one of our caring and experienced denture specialists. If you are new to our Derrick Denture + Implant Centre we will take some time to learn about who you are, what you hope for your denture treatment and how we can help. If you are an old friend of the clinic we will catch up and check in. During this conversation, we hope to learn some important details about you so that we can begin the process of making a smile that will be uniquely yours. The consultation we provide is always complimentary.

Our Edmonton Denturists only provide the highest standard of personalized care. After a brief exam we will have a conversation about all the denture treatment options available to you. We will be as honest as we can and answer any questions you may have about different treatment options. Some denture treatment options will have a better outcome than others, but we also understand that patients need to decide between what is the best and what it will cost. Sometimes it is challenging to balance between those realities. We will discuss the positive and negative aspects of each treatment so that you can make a fully informed decision. When the decision has been made we will outline an individualized treatment plan that will detail the procedures, cost and time needed to complete your new dentures, your first step towards a new smile.
